Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES. THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 9/23/2026.

Acceptance of Terms

The following Terms of Service Agreement (the "TOS") is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with Zero Coding Startup LLC, also known as ZCS, and our subsidiaries and affiliates, in association with the use of Zero Coding Startup LLC's website, which includes https://habitude.ai (the "Site") and its Services, which shall be defined below.

1. Description of Website Services Offered

The Site is a habit-tracking and lifestyle analytics platform with the following description:

• Habitude AI is a web service that helps users succeed by collecting and analyzing personal data to simplify the complexity of pursuing multiple goals.
• Habitude AI helps users easily collect personal data from real life, compare progress against their initial goals, and break large goals into smaller unit goals in order to realize their future dreams.

Any and all visitors to our site, despite whether they are registered or not, shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. Once an individual registers for our Services, through the process of creating an account, the user shall then be considered a "member."

2. Registration

To register and become a "member" of the Site, you must be 18 years of age to enter into and form a legally binding contract. In addition, you must be in good standing and not an individual that has been previously barred from receiving Zero Coding Startup LLC's Services under the laws and statutes of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.

3. Privacy Policy

Every member's registration data and various other personal information are strictly protected by the Zero Coding Startup LLC Online Privacy Policy (see the full Privacy Policy). As a member, you herein consent to the collection and use of the information provided, including the transfer of information within the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing or use by Zero Coding Startup LLC and/or our subsidiaries and affiliates.

4. Member Account, Username, Password and Security

After completion of the registration data and creation of your username, you will receive account credentials. You shall be responsible for maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of your password and for all activities that transpire on or within your account. It shall be your responsibility to notify Zero Coding Startup LLC immediately if you notice any unauthorized access or use of your account or password or any other breach of security.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Zero Coding Startup LLC's Services for any unlawful purposes or any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware

6. Termination

As a member, you may cancel or terminate your account by contacting us at info@habitude.ai. Zero Coding Startup LLC may, without prior written notice, immediately suspend, terminate, or limit your account and access to our Services for violations of this TOS or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND Zero Coding Startup LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT Zero Coding Startup LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
